Was there anything better than when you were little and your Mom would make you a banana peanut butter sandwich? Now you can recapture that feeling every morning and get the protein you need to go out and slay your day.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter (can be found at the grocery next to the actual peanut butter)
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons honey
10 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend everything together. If you drink it straight from the blender – I won’t judge.
